Working with Hestia, my experience
Working with Hestia is a joyful thing. Her love and patience is undeniable. She blesses beyond your wildest dreams. I have been blessed beyond measure. I was in a dark place and worshiping her has brought me into the light. She is the first and the last, daughter of Cronos and Rhea, sister of the mighty Zeus, eternal virgin whom guards and tends to the hearth fires. I first learned of her when I became a cottage witch. I had been searching for a name to what I was becoming, I had a strong desire to be at home. To become a better homemaker and care for my family. I wanted to experiment with cooking new and exciting foods, experiment with baking, keeping my home (apartment) tidy and well loved and all things that represent and honor Hestia. I have always had a facination with fireplaces and candles, I had a deep sense of home magic and a love for learning all things to do with cottage magic.
